The Regulator of Social Housing has informed Encircle Housing that it has been placed on the gradings under review list. This means an investigation will be carried out by the Regulator.

We are confident we will be able to resolve the issues raised by the regulator and have already implemented several measures. We will be working closely with the Regulator to implement a robust and effective plan to address the investigation’s recommendations.
