We are pleased to share an update on recent changes to our Board. These changes reflect our continued commitment to good governance, stability, and ensuring we have the right skills and experience in place to support our tenants, partners, and everyone we work with.
Peter Aviston, Managing Director at Encircle Housing explains, “Everyone at Encircle Housing is delighted to welcome Jeremy Earnshaw as our new Non-Executive Director. Jeremy brings valuable experience and insight to our Board, strengthening our ongoing commitment to strong leadership and good governance. We are excited to have him join the team and look forward to working together to make a real and lasting difference for our tenants, partners, and the organisation.
In September, David Baybut stepped down from his role as Chair. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank him for his dedication and commitment during his time in the role, where his leadership helped take Encircle Housing from strength to strength. We are pleased that David will continue to play an active role as Vice Chair for the organisation, sharing his knowledge and experience in support of the Board and our strategic direction.
Congratulations to Alistair How, who has accepted the role of Chair. Skilled and highly experienced including four years as Non-Executive Director at Encircle Housing, he brings valuable expertise that will help guide us as we continue to grow and evolve. We welcome Alistair’s continued leadership as we drive the organisation forward and continue delivering for our tenants and their families and carers along with our partners.”
